These terms govern your use of namepop (namepop.eu) and any order you place with us. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read the section on personalised goods and returns carefully.
1. Who we are
namepop ("we", "us", "our") designs and 3D-prints custom name objects to order and ships them within the EU. You can reach us at hello@namepop.studio.
2. Our products
Every namepop is made to order from the name, letterform, colour, size and options you choose in the studio. Products are printed in recyclable PLA. Because each item is hand-finished and printed one at a time, small variations in colour, finish, layer lines and dimensions are normal and are not defects.
3. Orders and pricing
- Prices are shown in euros (€) on the product studio and at checkout. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout, plus any shipping shown there.
- An order is a request to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order and payment is taken.
- We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if the text is unlawful, infringes someone's rights, is offensive, cannot be produced, or if there is an obvious pricing error. If we cancel after payment, we refund you in full.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. By paying you accept Stripe's terms in addition to ours.
5. Production and delivery
- We aim to produce and dispatch orders within 3 business days. Delivery times after dispatch depend on the carrier and destination within the EU.
- Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
- If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will repair, replace or refund the affected item.
6. Returns — our happiness guarantee
We want you to love your namepop. Under EU law, personalised items are normally exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)) — but we choose to go further.
If you're not happy with your order for any reason, just email us within 30 days and we'll refund you in full — you don't need to send anything back. Reach us at hello@namepop.studio and we'll sort it out. Faulty or damaged items are always refunded or replaced, and none of this affects your statutory consumer rights.
7. Your content and acceptable use
You are responsible for the text you submit. You confirm you have the right to use it and that it is not unlawful, hateful, infringing of trademarks or other rights, or otherwise offensive. We may decline to print anything that breaches this.
8. Liability
We provide the products with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands and the European Union, and your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are unaffected.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you place it.
